We are looking for an Associate Project Manager to join our growing team and support our amazing organization, while providing direct assistance to the Project Managers helping to ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish.
The Associate Project Manager’s responsibilities include gathering information required for each project, creating files, ensuring information is on the network, and thoughtfully facilitating process. We are looking for a motivated self-starter with a great attitude and collaborative manner, to help us support our clients by providing exceptional products and services.
In this role you will:
- Support the coordination and management of projects
- Research information to support other teams and departments as needed
- Complete any tasks assigned by the project manager in an efficient and timely manner
- Work directly with project managers to help implement project goals
- Liaise with project managers and other department members to maintain project schedule and efficacy
- Organize kick-off meetings for project stakeholders, to the program and share a timeline sharing assignments, timelines, and reviewing details and questions with the team regarding, deliverables and deadlines
- Oversee trafficking of projects through content, editorial, production, and circulation processes, communicating with team members to keep everyone organized and on schedule
- Share project deliverables and relevant information to internal team members including updates on project status and changes in scope of projects
- Document operating processes as Standard Operating Procedures
We’d love to hear from you if you can have the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing/advertising or related field
- Internship or 1-2 years of project management experience in an advertising agency, preferable healthcare/pharmaceutical
- Knowledge of different project management methodologies
- Ability and desire to work collaboratively to ensure successful project execution
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with a passion for ensuring projects proceed efficiently and effectively
- Positive attitude and highly adaptable to change
- Project management software experience is preferred (e.g., Basecamp, Asana, MS Project, Monday, etc.)
- Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) proficiency required
- Keen ability to multi-task and manage multiple deliverables simultaneously
- Excellent communication and time management skills
