Associate Project Manager
We are looking for an Associate Project Manager to join our growing team and support our amazing organization, while providing direct assistance to the Project Managers helping to ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish.
The Associate Project Manager’s responsibilities include gathering information required for each project, creating files, ensuring information is on the network, and thoughtfully facilitating process. We are looking for a motivated self-starter with a great attitude and collaborative manner, to help us support our clients by providing exceptional products and services. This is a remote a position.
Events Manager
As an Events Manager, you will play a crucial role in the logistical planning and execution of conventions, meetings, and live (and virtual!) events – ensuring that every detail is meticulously coordinated for a seamless and successful experience. You will work closely with our clients and internal teams to create memorable and impactful events. This role will require an exceptionally proactive individual with superior communication and customer service skills and a high degree of professionalism. Preference will be given to candidates who have a strong background in conference, convention, and/or expo planning.
